We also make pillowcases and cot sheets from bamboo . 20 of our 30 staff have spent all their working lives in textile manufacturing. That’s about 700 years of experience!  We therefore have the necessary expertise in sourcing the fabric customers require then arranging finishing (printing, dyeing and other processes).

We also make products from customer supplied cloth (cut, make and trim service). We know the best printers, both screen a digital, in Great Britain

We make all these products in Accrington, Lancashire, the heart of the old cotton industry. There is a  resurgence in demand for British made goods and we have responded. Our annual sales exceed £2m.

Fabric on roll

We carefully select the specialist mills to make cloth for generic and specialist uses. Our fabric sourcing department will discuss the end use then prepare a specification for approval. We then source from the most appropriate weavers. We than arrange finishing (printing, dyeing, bleaching, coating etc)

Aprons

Bib aprons, waist aprons, bistro aprons, long bar aprons and housekeepers’ aprons all made to customers concepts and preferences. Our apron ties (apron strings) and neck straps are also made in Britain and can coordinate, contrast or match the main apron panel.

Most colours available, contrasting panels and stitching to coordinate with restaurant colour schemes.

Recently, we have embarked on making other kitchen textile products, eg oven mitts, one of our fortes is producing a coordinated range to customer design

Table cloths, table runners, table napkins (serviettes), chair back covers, Conference table cloths. In cotton or easy wash poycotton, most colours. We can put customers in touch with recommended printers and embroiderers.

Tea towels

Our tea towels come in 2 qualities and our customers use them as fund raising tea towels, promotional tea towels, souvenir tea towels and retail tea towels.

Standard Blank tea towels, bleach white, natural cotton or dyed cream hemmed 2 sides. Mostly for screen printing.

Premium tea towels white, natural, many colours hemmed 4 sides with a hanging loop if required.

Cotton shopping bags (Shoppers or Bags for Life) Cotton calico, cotton canvas, dyed polyester/cotton  or any other fabric to customer design, size and detail.

For the handles we incorporate strong narrow fabric woven in Great Britain rather than self matching fabric. This enables customers to choose the colour of the handle which can contrast or match the rest of the bag.
