we weighed a cotton towel and then a bamboo cotton towel. even though the weight per square metre was the same when dry the bamboo cotton towel weighed approx 30% heavier than the 100% cotton towel when saturated.
this test was not carried out in laboratory conditions so we are offering a lovely prize to someone who has some scientific background if they can contact us and arrange a test.
